New Installation

Net new flooring with no previous installation or repair. Install new flooring, finish work if necessary such as baseboard installation

Replacement

Rip and replacement of old flooring:
Removal of existing flooring
patch & repair as needed
Installation of new flooring
Finish work such as baseboard replacement
